Bamboo Airways and Pacific Airlines began their ground handling partnership after flight QH202 operated on the Ho Chi Minh City-Hanoi route on Monday became the first Bamboo flight to use ground services provided by Pacific Airlines. Pacific Airlines has replaced Saigon Ground Services JSC (SAGS) as the new provider of ground services for Bamboo. Pacific Airlines is one of the few Vietnamese carriers that are allowed by the Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam to concurrently operate flights and offer ground handling services. Bamboo Airways general director Luong Hoai Nam inspects ground services provided by Pacific Airlines. Meanwhile, Dung emphasized that the collaboration was anticipated to optimize resources on both sides and provide Pacific with an opportunity to showcase its proficiency in delivering ground handling services.
