School principal arrested for molesting 2 underage students in northern Vietnam

The principal of an elementary and middle school in Hoa Binh Province, northern Vietnam has been arrested for sexually harassing two 15-year-old students at his office in school time. B.C.T., the 52-year-old principal of Binh Son Elementary and Middle School in Hoa Binh’s Kim Boi District, is being investigated for lewdness against a person under the age of 16, local police said on Monday. The students then reported the incident to teachers in the school and their families.
