Vietnam will host a professional tour for golfers, as part of the world-renowned Legends Tour, for the first time in late November. Golf tournaments will take place in Nha Trang, a famous beach city in south-central Vietnam, between November 26 and December 2. The country has been named among the leading destinations in the Asia-Pacific region, and Asia’s best golf destinations, Nguyen Trung Khanh, head of the Vietnam National Administration of Tourism, told a press briefing held on Friday to introduce the professional tour for golf players in Vietnam. “The tour is expected to drive up the golf industry and motivate golf course owners to improve the quality of golf services, contributing to introducing Vietnam as one of the world’s must-visit golfing destinations,” Khanh underlined. Phil Harrison, CEO of the Legends Tour, said that he was glad to see one more place as part of the Legends Tour, which is Europe’s professional tour for golfers.
