Downpours forecast throughout Vietnam today

People in southern, central, and northern Vietnam should stay prepared for heavy rains mostly in the afternoon and evening on Monday, according to the national weather center. Medium to heavy rains, accompanied by thunderstorms, will likely hit the northern region and north-central Thanh Hoa Province, the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting said. In Hanoi, temperatures will fluctuate between 23 and 31 degrees Celsius. Temperatures in the Central Highlands and southern regions are forecast to range between 21 and 34 degrees Celsius, the national weather center said.
