Da Nang puts smart operation center into service

The administration of Da Nang City, located in central Vietnam, launched its Intelligent Operation Center (IOC) on Monday in an attempt to facilitate the coastal locality’s digital transformation and smart city development. Speaking at the launch ceremony, Le Trung Chinh, chairman of the municipal administration, said the IOC establishment will speed up the city’s efforts in conducting its digital transformation and building a smart city. The Da Nang IOC offers 15 smart urban services in multiple fields such as healthcare, education, transportation, water security. This smart urban service monitoring center was considered a miniature model of the IOC and paved the way for the launch of the IOC. The Da Nang IOC offers 15 smart urban services to serve all-level leaders, businesses, and local residents.
