Asia’s largest cruise ship carries over 4,000 international passengers to southern Vietnam

As soon as the cruise ship docked at the terminal, local travel firm Saigontourist was ready with dozens of coaches to transport the travelers to tourist sites. Tran Thi Thu Hien, deputy director of the Ba Ria-Vung Tau Department of Tourism, said more than 3,000 out of the 4,000 passengers registered for tours to explore rural areas, craft villages, and shopping venues in Ba Ria-Vung Tau, Ho Chi Minh City, and the southwestern region. Spectrum of the Seas, the largest cruise ship in Asia, carried over 4,000 international tourists to Ba Ria-Vung Tau Province, southern Vietnam. The 16-story cruise ship boasts over 2,000 cabins and can accommodate up to 5,600 passengers.
