A car driven by a 16-year-old boy plowed into five motorbikes stopping at a red light on a road in Binh Thuan Province, south-central Vietnam on Saturday, injuring five people and causing losses of some VND60 million (US$2,504). A report by Binh Thuan traffic police officers indicated that the driver's lack of observation caused the accident. The driver, Nguyen Chi Hao, born in 2007 and residing in southern Dong Nai Province, is not old enough to drive a car in Vietnam.
