Vietnamese woman probed for swearing at traffic police officers

Police in Thanh Hoa Province, north-central Vietnam have arrested a woman for swearing at a team of traffic police officers and preventing them from performing their duty. Police in Ba Thuoc District confirmed on Wednesday they had initiated legal proceedings against Nguyen Thi Ngan, 44, for charges of obstructing on-duty officers. The traffic policemen later booked Ngan for obstructing on-duty officers and handed over the case to the district police unit.
