Vietnamese man drives in wrong direction to avoid toll fee

A man backed his car out of a tollgate and drove it in the wrong direction on the Ho Chi Minh City - Long Thanh - Dau Giay Expressway in southern Vietnam on Monday as he did not have sufficient money to pay a toll fee. A traffic police officer said on Tuesday that the man was summoned and booked for wrong-way driving on the same day. Camera footage showed that the car was driving from Ho Chi Minh City to Dong Nai Province on Monday afternoon.
