Vietnamese driver wanted for ignoring victims of deadly traffic accident on expressway

Police in Tien Giang Province, southern Vietnam said they issued an urgent arrest warrant for a 40-year-old tractor-trailer driver for ignoring people who were in a life-threatening situation following a traffic accident.
