Vietnam police arrest Russian for allegedly killing countryman over room-renting conflict

Police in Binh Thuan Province, south-central Vietnam have detained a man of Russian nationality on suspicion of killing his countryman out of their conflict over room renting. Upon removing the coverings, law enforcement officers observed that the victim had sustained head injuries, and his legs were bound. Based on Roman's initial statements, he and the deceased Russian individual had a close relationship and had previously shared a rented room. During the search of the room, law enforcement confiscated the hammer, the motorcycle, and other items connected to the killing.
