This high level of confidence underscores the positive outlook for Vietnam’s job market. Despite economic challenges, the Vietnamese job market is displaying resilience and optimism for this year, according to the survey by the world’s leading specialist professional recruitment consultancy. Around 59% of surveyed employees in Vietnam are eager to explore new career opportunities in the next 12 months. These professionals are strategically prioritizing factors like competitive compensation, improved well-being strategies, and the option for remote or flexible work arrangements.
