Over 100 riders shred waves in international kitesurfing frenzy in Vietnam

More than 100 kitesurfers from 18 countries across the world are gathering in Ninh Thuan Province, south-central Vietnam to participate in the Open Ninh Thuan - Binh Thuan Kitesurfing Tournament 2023, which takes place on Saturday and Sunday. The Departments of Culture, Sports, and Tourism of Ninh Thuan and Binh Thuan Provinces on Saturday opened the tournament on My Hoa Beach in Ninh Thuan. Kitesurfers from 18 countries worldwide pose for a photo before competing at the Open Ninh Thuan - Binh Thuan Kitesurfing Tournament 2023 in Ninh Thuan Province, south-central Vietnam. Ninh Thuan has hosted many kitesurfing tournaments, such as Kiteboard Tour Asia 2016 and Ninh Chu Kitesurfing Festival 2019. Lai Hoang Phi, deputy head of the organizer of the Open Ninh Thuan - Binh Thuan Kitesurfing Tournament 2023, informed that My Hoa Beach annually attracts 2,000-3,000 visitors who practice and enjoy kitesurfing performances.
