Media a bridge bringing Vietnam, India closer

The consul general of India in Ho Chi Minh City and the chief editor of Tuoi Tre (Youth) newspaper have exchanged ideas to enhance and foster cooperation between Vietnam and India across various sectors. Recognizing parallels between Vietnam and India, notably a youthful population, he acknowledged the positive trajectory of their relationship spanning 50 years. Given that Tuoi Tre has a significant readership among the youth, he sees this as an opportunity to further strengthen the connection between the two sides. As Vietnam is focusing on information technology and semiconductors, India can be a role model and supporter on human resource training. "We aspire to serve as a positive bridge, fortifying the relationship between Vietnam and India,” Chu remarked.
