Man kills himself after burning house, killing wife, 3 children in northern Vietnam

V.Q.H., 55, residing in the northern Vietnamese province of Tuyen Quang, has committed suicide by jumping off the second floor of his house after setting it on fire, killing his wife and three children. In particular, at about 3:30 pm on Sunday, residents in Tan Lap Village, Trung Hoa Commune, Chiem Hoa District, Tuyen Quang Province noticed a fire at H.’s house. When the residents and police officers of Trung Hoa Commune reached the scene to extinguish the blaze, they found that H. died in the front yard.
