HCMC – Long An International Port and the Port of Oakland, the fourth-largest port on the West Coast of the U.S., have clinched a memorandum of understanding (MOU) on future cooperation. Sheng Thao, speaking at the meeting, highlighted that the MOU signing demonstrates the spirit of cooperation between the two sides. She expressed her hope for strengthened virtual exchanges to further promote investment and trade between Long An Province and Oakland City. Long An International Port, developed by Dong Tam Group, has linked its seven berths since June, featuring a total berth length of nearly 1.7 kilometers. In its upcoming phase of development, Long An International Port will expand to nine berths, increasing its berth length to nearly 2.4 kilometers.
