Local consortium chosen for Tan Son Nhat airport terminal package

HCMC – The Airports Corporation of Vietnam (ACV) has announced that a consortium of six local companies won the bid for construction and installation of passenger terminal T3 at Tan Son Nhat International Airport. The VND9,000-billion package will be undertaken by the consortium which comprises Hanoi Construction Corporation, Construction Corporation No.1, Corporation 319 (Ministry of Defense), Truong Son Construction, Ricons Construction Investment, and Luu Nguyen Construction. The Tan Son Nhat International Airport Terminal T3 project comes with three main components, including the passenger terminal, the multi-story parking facility with non-aviation services, and the apron system in front of the terminal. The passenger terminal section comprises a basement level and four above-ground levels, with a total floor area of 112,500 square meters. According to ACV representatives, the Terminal T3 construction project was initiated in December 2022.
