Ho Chi Minh City to hold COVID-19 response drill

The Ho Chi Minh City Department of Health will conduct a drill to respond to possible worse developments of the COVID-19 pandemic during the upcoming Lunar New Year, or Tet, holiday on Tuesday. Up to 50 out of 70 ICU beds at the COVID-19 Department of the Ho Chi Minh City Hospital for Tropical Diseases are occupied. In response, a special working team under the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Health in charge of managing severe and critical COVID-19 patients will report the situation to the department.
