HCMC – To bolster its tourism sector, HCMC has optimized the operations of the tourist hotline that offers visitors information, support, and even security assistance. Hotline 1022 branch number 8 serves as a one-stop resource center for tourists seeking information on attractions, dining options, the latest tourism offerings, and lodging and shopping deals in HCMC. Operated by the city’s Tourism and Information and Communications departments, the hotline with five operators per shift is available seven days a week, including weekends and holidays, from 7:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. Beyond offering practical guidance, the hotline also functions as a safety net for tourists.
