Hanoi airport among world’s best for queuing times

Noi Bai International Airport in Hanoi ranks 11th among the 20 best airports in the world for queuing times, according to Casago, a vacation rental and property management company. To discover which airports are the best and worst for queuing times, Casago analyzed passenger reviews from airlinequality.com, where each review gave queuing times a rating between one and five stars. Noi Bai International Airport, with 63.33 percent of the passengers rating the queuing times either four or five stars, ranks higher than Narita Airport in Japan and Incheon Airport in South Korea. Noi Bai is the largest international airport in northern Vietnam and is some 35 kilometers from the center of Hanoi. Changi Airport in Singapore is the world’s best airport for queuing times, followed by Siem Reap Airport in Cambodia.
