Fire breaks out at Ho Chi Minh City apartment building

A fire broke out at an apartment building in Ho Chi Minh City on Saturday, with preliminary investigation showing that the incident was caused by incense sticks. The flames started at a flat on the 20th floor of Diamond Riverside Apartment Complex on Vo Van Kiet Street in Ward 16, District 8 at around 9:30 pm on Saturday.
