FDI firm in Long An offers highest Tet bonus

HCMC – A foreign direct investment (FDI) enterprise in the Mekong Delta province of Long An has announced an astonishing VND5.68 billion bonus for an individual for the upcoming Lunar New Year. This bonus stands as the highest among businesses across the country, according to the Ministry of Labor, Invalids, and Social Affairs. On average, these enterprises are offering a Tet bonus of VND6.85 million per person this year. Notably, an FDI business in Vinh Phuc Province has decided to provide the highest bonus of VND376.3 million to an individual on this occasion. Meanwhile, the average bonus from businesses planning to offer bonuses to their employees for the Tet holiday in 2024 will amount to VND6.85 million per person.
