Double cold fronts hit northern Vietnam, mercury drops to nearly zero degrees Celsius

Various areas in the northern region, particularly those in mountainous areas, are experiencing severe cold conditions, with temperatures dropping to nearly zero degrees Celsius. The area will also undergo cold weather conditions, with temperatures ranging from two to 17 degrees Celsius. The northeastern part will be enveloped in chilly conditions, with temperatures ranging from two to 15 degrees Celsius, and scattered showers are in the forecast. The southern part of the country is forecast to experience similar weather conditions, with higher temperatures reaching up to 34 degrees Celsius. These adverse weather conditions at sea will impact the operations of all ships, the center warned.
