They had earlier cracked down on the racket in July last year and prosecuted 54 foreign and Vietnamese suspects. -- Two local students drowned in a reservoir in Duc Hoa District, Long An Province, southern Vietnam on Friday after they joined two others for bathing in the lake the same day, according to local police. -- The State Securities Commision of Vietnam has fined two local property firms, namely Sacom Land Corporation and Vina2 Investment and Construction JSC, VND92.5 million ($3,804) each for failing to disclose corporate bond information as required.
