Dwellers in Ho Chi Minh City have experienced poor air quality with various locations exceeding permissible limits for air pollutants, according to the municipal Department of Natural Resources and Environment. The city was covered in smog on Friday morning after several rounds of showers on Thursday afternoon resulted in high humidity, the department explained.
