The capital will be sourced from official development assistance loans and the province’s budget. The first subproject includes building a 2,090-meter breakwater and a 1,490-meter groin to reduce coastal erosion, backing coastline sustainability. Piling up sand to strengthen beaches and constructing other supporting structures such as makeshift harbors are among the components of the first subproject. As scheduled, the second subproject incorporates studying and evaluating coastal areas, constructing a concentrated coastline data center, and improving the automated water quality and environment check system.
