I. JOB DESCRIPTION 1. For Student Affair Officer in charge of organizing activities and events: - Plan and organize activities and events for students according to the directions of the Student Affair Team Leader; Carry out tasks related to students' events, campaigns, the Communist Youth Union, etc.; - Plan and organize activities and projects to develop the 21st-century competencies, civility and disciplines for students according to the directions of the School Board. Give advice on the organization of personnel training for the Student Council. Support teachers to provide mentorship to students in the implementation of projects. - Collate the lists of students and teachers to be honored on the wall of honor according to regulations; - Partner with schools, domestically and abroad, for more students exchange opportunities; - Directly handle the complaints and concerns of parents; work with the Student Affair Team Leader to handle any arising incidents according to the directions of the School Board;
2. For Student Affair Officer in charge of school supervision: - Organize and supervise the implementation of discipline for students throughout the school. Establish a team of Civilized Students and provide training and instructions to them to carry out the tasks of supervision support and input of information on student rewards/disciplinary actions on a daily basis based on the reports of the Supervision Department. - Monitor teachers' and staff's compliance with the rules and disciplines; report to the Student Affairs Team Leader about violations of the rules and regulations of the Company and School;
- Detect any risks of school safety and security; supervise the handling of school accidents and report to the Student Affair Team Leader according to the regulations; - Work with the Student Affair Team Leader to directly handle a number of complaints and questions of parents according to the directions of the School Board; - Coordinate with departments to handle the incidents related to the discipline of students and teachers as directed by the School Board; make weekly and monthly reports on the disciplines of students and teachers; report unusual events according to the direction of the School Board.
II. REQUIREMENTS: - At least three years of experience working in similar positions; abilities to organize events and campaigns, etc. Experience working at positions that are related to student affairs is a plus; - A bachelor's degree or higher in related fields; - Fluency in English; - Good understanding of students' thinking and psychology; - Good task organization and arrangement skills; - Good problem-solving and consultation skills; professional manners and service mindset; - Ability to work actively and creatively.
