1. Sales, Care & Operations, Scheme: • Based on company strategy, propose and implement actions plan focused on accelerating student enrolments, improving average revenue per user (ARPU), growing market share, and improving reenrolment / retention rate of campuses. • Lead planning, budgeting, forecasting and financial / PnL reporting activities for campuses in his/her region; • Identifying, implementing, and tracking cost optimization initiatives, improvements in centre level productivity / utilization, and all customer service interactions and metrics. • Creating and executing incentive schemes for campuses in his/ her region. 2. Corporate Sales: • Conduct corporate sales activities & manage all B2B selling operations to expand/ maximize the customer volume in the region. 3. Local Marketing: • Effectively launch VUS marketing programs for campuses in his/her region. • Propose, design, track and report on local-specific marketing programs / campaigns and public relations (PR) activities. 4. New Centers: • Support business expansion (BE) activities, coordinate with the BE team on lease (re)negotiations, and the successful launch of net-new campuses in- region in-line with the broader business strategy. 5. Academic Schedulling: • Periodically check & supervise academic schedulling activities to ensure effective use of teacher utilization and supplies. 6. Teacher/ TA management: • Supervise daily academic activities in campuses including teaching staff's appearance & manners/ behaviors and feedbacks on teaching quality. • Coordinating with the HRT recruitment teams when neccessary in order to optimize teacher utilization across campuses in his/her region, especially those with teacher shortage 7. School Services & Compliances Operating: • Implementing school premises service and compliance (SSC: School Services & Compliance) measures in-line with Company stated guidelines 8. Interview Recruitment/ People Engagement: • Being in charge of making staff recruitment requests, staff workplans, and screening and conducting interviews of new members. • Drive hiring decisions and talent management initiatives and succession planning activities; set employee performance goals and objectives and conduct performance reviews • Build and implement team engagement & career development plan • Develop training/mentoring/coaching plan 9. Other tasks/work assigned by line manager and BOD.
