Responsibilities
As the Senior Learning and Development Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the skills and knowledge of our IT workforce. You will design, implement, and manage comprehensive learning and development programs tailored to the unique needs of IT professionals within our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Learning Program Development: Design and develop IT-specific training programs, including technical skills, certifications, and soft skills. Lead the L&D team and oversee training initiatives.
- Training Delivery: Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and webinars. Ensuring timely delivery, effectiveness, and adherence to quality standards. Evaluate and select external training vendors and resources as needed. Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and evaluations.
- Data Analysis: Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for training effectiveness. Gather and analyze training metrics and data to measure the impact of L&D programs. Analyze feedback and continuously improve training initiatives.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with department heads and key stakeholders to identify training needs, gather feedback, and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Technology Integration: Stay updated with e-learning and LMS technologies, implementing tools to support training
- Budget Management: Oversee the L&D budget, ensuring cost-effective and efficient resource allocation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or related field
- Proven experience as an L&D specialist in the IT field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience
- Expertise in adult learning principles and modern training methodologies.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills (both Vietnamese and English)
