ResponsibilitiesKey responsibilities:
Support team in all activities of learning and development activities:

Perform organizing tasks for training sessions, including but not limited to: Book calendars, arrange rooms, handle attendance and collect feedback in LMS, input data, create reports, ...

Handle L&D internal services and programs
- Other administrative tasks assigned by the supervisor
- Data report for training Qualifications
- For 4th year students or fresh graduates in Human Resources, Economics, Business Administration or related major
- Available for full-time working or 4 days/week at least for 6 months.
- Having interests in HR, especially Learning and Development
- Having good communication skills in both English and Vietnamese
- Having full skill practices and applications of MS office and Google office
- Being customer-oriented, friendly, patient, proactive, organized and highly responsible
- Having experience in organizing (online/offline) training activities and making report Benefits and Perks
- Be trained in the Learning and Development field
