Responsibilities
As an HR intern, you will expand your HR knowledge in a supportive environment. We offer hands-on experience through cross-functional collaboration within the HR department such as Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development as well as Employee Relations.
- Support team in all activities of the recruitment process such as posting jobs on recruitment websites, contacting candidates, welcoming candidates, arranging tests and scheduling interviews, data entry
- Join to build candidates database
- Coordinate with internal functions to ensure ER-related process compliance
- Assistant in executing cross-functional HR-related tasks/projects as assigned
- Other administrative required by the supervisor
Qualifications
- For the 4th year students or fresh graduates
- Interest in HR
- At least 6-month Full-time/Part-time Internship
- Can work minimum of 4 days/week
- Good communication skills in both English and Vietnamese
- Full skill practices and applications of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc
- Customer-oriented, friendly, patient, proactive, organized and highly responsible
