Responsibilities

A warrior-spirit student or graduate who sets corporate communications as a roadmap for his/her career journey. The position will work in the Corporate Communications department, with responsibility including delivering consistent and professional branding identity at all touchpoints, which synchronizes all communication campaigns in accordance with branding & corporate strategy to serve business purposes, covering external affairs, public relations fields, and corporate social responsibilities.

External Communication

• Assist the developing relationships between the company and external parties, including but not limited to universities, government, industry associations, journalists, etc.
• Involve in a full cycle of external events organizing, including pre-event planning, execution and post-event evaluation.
• Compose PR/branded content, including but not limited to: newsletters, press releases, PR articles, social posts, emails, etc.

Corporate Social Responsibilities - KMS Gives

• Compose KMS Gives-related communication content, including but not limited to emails, social posts, etc.
• Monitor and manage KMS Gives Landing Page, KMS Gives Facebook
• Design basic communication materials/ coordinate with the Design team to produce communication materials
• Coordinate with Starters and external partners (NGOs, NPOs, vendors) to initiate, plan and implement community projects

Others

• Assist the Corporate Communications department's event planning/organizing
• Other ad-hoc tasks as and when required
Qualifications
• 3rd/4th-year students or fresh graduates (Communication major is a plus)
• Minimum 6-month Full-time/Part-time commitment
• Passionate about social work
• Excellent writing and communication skills in both English and Vietnamese
• Basic design skills
• A can-do attitude and be able to work well independently
• Good multi-tasking and interpersonal skills
