I. JOB DESCRIPTION
- Administration and operation of server systems and professional software. Ensure stable operation of IT systems.
- Administering the Active Directory, Microsoft Office 365.
- Solve incidents relating to the network and server systems;
- Ensure cybersecurity through management of access, back-ups and firewalls according to the regulations and policies.
- Develop an internal archives of technical documents, user guides and IT policies;
- Supporting the implementation of software projects, operating the school‘s software systems.
- Researching and consulting on the development of IT infrastructure, application software systems, new educational technologies, and reporting to leaders at all levels.
- Draw up plans and cooperate with other departments in operations and maintenance of IT devices.
II. REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Technology Management, or Information Systems from an accredited college or university.
- Experience in education setting is preferred.
- Preference will be given to candidates with CCNP, MCSE, AWS, Google Cloud, PMP certifications.
- Have at least three years of experience in network administrator and systems administrator;
- Knowledge about IT with a thorough understanding of Network Routing, Switching, and Network Security (IPS, Firewall devices);
- Have the knowledge to manage network systems (Wireless, WAN and LAN system architecture.);
- Have the knowledge in implementing and monitoring the Internet connection, voice/video conferencing, etc.;
- Have good thinking, skills and experience in solving incidents relating to the network system;
- Have experience in operating the virtualization system, Windows and Linux servers;
- Have the knowledge about L2, L3, ACL networks, firework policies, and security and application protection policies;
- Have experience working with one of the Cloud Providers.
- Have experience working with monitors like as PRTG, Zabbix, Nagios, Grafana, etc.;
- Have the ability to learn about new technology and work independently and collaboratively;
- Have a management mindset for IT infrastructure deployment projects. Software project implementation.
