Work you'll do

Media Relations

• Identifying press opportunities through evolving issues
• Developing content for dissemination via press releases, social media, websites, and other distribution channels
• Monitoring Deloitte Vietnam and its competitors' media coverage and exposure via social listening tools on daily basis
• Ensuring that local media's key messages align with vital Deloitte's tone of voice
• Serving as Deloitte's media liaison.
• Monitoring online and offline media campaigns, and report on results
• Maintaining and building long-term relationships with media personnel.

Event Management

• Being the key person to plan/organize/manage all corporate internal and external events from concept to finish following the preference of the event owner – including designing and producing traditional/digital event promotional materials/collaterals, and in-person execution

Digital Communications and Channels

• Being Deloitte Vietnam's social media channels' owner, including Facebook, YouTube
• Conducting social media plans/strategies, including content ideation, schedules
• Overseeing, planning, and delivering content across different platforms using scheduling tools (such as Sprinklr and NexGate)
• Ensuring brand consistency in all kinds of social media messages

CSR Activities

• Supporting Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) strategies that include well-defined and impacting social projects in alignment with the Firm's strategy
• Reaching out to the public via PR and marketing to deliver the message of the Firm's commitment to social responsibility

Design and Visual

Prepare format or contact SEA Geographic designer/supplier to design materials, reports, and publications follow the firm's branding guidelines under the instruction/supervision of Marcomms management team.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree, preferably in Communications, English, Public Relations or Journalism, is required.
• Experience in executing internal and external communications plans for a large business, preferably in professional services.
• Strong writing, editing, and copyediting skills and previous writing/editing experience in corporate communications, PR, or journalism fields required.
• Strong project management and multi-tasking skills
• Fluent in English (both verbal and written)
• Familiar with design is an advantage
