- Collect and analyze market data, identify target audiences and understand their behavior and habits
- Create integrated marketing campaigns based on market segments to gain new customers and build repeat business
- Determine the best media outlet mix for our campaigns
- allocate budgets and monitor costs
- Supervise and optimize the execution, monitoring and measurement of marketing campaigns and their success
- Ensure campaign implementation follows organizational guidelines
- Compile regular reports of campaign performance and results
- Improve new campaigns using data and feedback from existing and previous projects
- Updating databases and using a customer relationship management (CRM) system
- Measure and track marketing investment
- Follow media trends of online and offline outlets (TV shows, magazines, blogs, radio programs)

- Bachelor‘s degree in communication, marketing or related fields
- 2-5 years of related job experience
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication and project management skills
- In-depth knowledge of running B2B and B2C campaigns
- Ability to manage several marketing campaigns simultaneously
