1. Enrolments pipeline management:
Advise students and their families on study opportunities and options Give information on institutions in person or by phone Follow up closely with Case Processing & Visa Support team on students' applications and update them throughout the process Help students with visa applications and requirements if needed Update student applications status and team reports accurately and timely 2. Customer Services Co-Execution:
Deliver good after-enrolment service to get referrals from parents and students Identify the additional demands from students for cross-sell opportunities Keep in touch with departed students and contribute to VUS Overseas Students & Alumni community 3. Partnership development & Marketing support:
Identify the new high interests of overseas study from the leads and request for the potential partnerships Propose the marketing ideas and campaigns based on the actual and niche needs of inquiries Other task assigned regarding to recruitment and training activities
