1. Partnership Development: - Identify and target potential overseas schools/colleges partners and other institutions supporting the overseas study services - Develop and execute a strategic plan to expand the partnership channel. - Generate prospects through activities such as cold calling, networking, and email campaigns. - Travel to meet with existing and potential partners. 2. Liaisons with schools and colleges partners: - Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure partners satisfaction. - Attending schools/colleges' workshops, training to generate updated information of partners and industry for internal training, useful information source for marketing campaigns. - Being a contact point and proactive planner for promotion campaigns provided by VUS Overseas Study Services for partners. 3. Affiliates management: - Build up and expand the affiliates network including but not limited to sub-agents and equivalent stakeholders - Be responsible for the smooth delivery of shared profit scheme to all parties

Min. 2-3 years of experience in B2B/B2C sales or marketing, preferably in the education sector Should be fluent in both English & Vietnamese Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team
