Position Overview:
Your main role is to ensure accurate and timely business reporting, support management with data analysis, and facilitate communication across departments.
Responsibilities:
- Update and review business reports regularly to enhance processes.
- Communicate performance updates via email to management.
- Prepare data and materials for meetings.
- Collaborate with other departments for data collection and system improvement projects.
- Create and maintain documentation, including design, requirements, and user manuals for the organization.
- Provide administrative support to the management team.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- Proficiency in Excel and report tools.
- Quick grasp of sales and report systems.
- Customer-oriented with a passion for tracking.
- Ability to work remotely and outside regular hours.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication in Vietnamese and English.
