Collect and analyze market data to identify target audience, their pain points, behaviors and habits
Develop integrated marketing campaigns with the best channel mix and optimal budget to acquire new customers and drive repeat purchases/users
Collaborate with functional marketing (creative, media, PR, content, event, …) and sales team to execute, monitor, optimize and measure the success of marketing campaigns
Ensure the execution strictly follows the company's guidelines
Incorporate learnings from current and previous campaigns into new campaigns to ensure optimal results.
Capture new market trends/ technologies and leverage them for marketing campaigns.
Skills and qualifications
Bachelor‘s degree in communication, marketing or related fields
2-5 years of related job experience
Strong problem-solving skills
Strong communication and project management skills
In-depth knowledge of running B2B and B2C campaigns
Ability to manage several marketing campaigns simultaneously
A good understanding of EdTech is a plus
