About The International Talent Development Academy
The International Talent Development Academy (iTD Academy) was founded from EQuest’s internal training hub, the Center for Talent Development (CTD).
CTD has consistently delivered solid training sessions to EQuest’s managers, staff and teachers, resulting in higher rates of performance. Recognizing CTD’s capability and potential to fulfill training services for both internal and external clients, EQuest’s Board of Directors designated the Center for Talent Development as an independent subsidiary.
In February 2019, this was rendered as ITD Academy, specializing in teacher training and examinations needs being serviced nationally.
